RENTAL TERMS
Item	Information
Changeover Day	In the high season, changeover day is Saturday. In the low season, changeover day may be negotiable.
Payment Terms and Methods	A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before departure. We accept payment by cheque or credit/debit cards by paypal.
Arrival Day Food Package	We can provide an arrival day food package at a cost of UK £50. Full details of the package are available.
Internet Access	We are currently investigating internet access options for 2010. Access will be through client’s own laptops.
Linen and Towels	Bed linen and towels are provided and changed each week.
Local Representative	We have a local representative who will help you with any questions concerning the house. Contact details together with a comprehensive information pack are available in the house.
Access	We send house keys and directions from Lisbon Airport on receipt of the final balance. In addition, we have a key safe by the front door.
